Enriched with volcanic guitar noise, live sampling/signal processing, and a rhythm section capable of dragging you onto the dance-floor or slamming you into the back wall at will, her live show is one you won’t forget in a hurry. Jocasta is a product of the soul, reggae and drum n bass melting pot that describes the music of Bristol. When you also take into account that both of her parents are professional musicians with a jazz flavour, you are starting to get close to her unique talent and sound.
